Reverend James Bhagwan

Secrétaire général - Secrétariat de la Conférence des Eglises du Pacifique

Le révérend James Bhagwan est un ministre ordonné de l'Église méthodiste des Fidji. Nommé par l'Assemblée générale en 2018, il s'est employé à relancer les relations de la PCC, à recruter de nouveaux partenaires et à accroître la visibilité de l'organisation, ainsi qu'à introduire un plan stratégique quinquennal. Le révérend Bhagwan est titulaire d'une licence en théologie du Pacific Theological College et d'une maîtrise en théologie de Corée.

 

Julie Chang-Tusulu

Directeur financier

Julie Chang-Tusulu leads the Finance and Administration team at the Pacific Conference of Churches (PCC). Before joining PCC, she brought her expertise to the World Council of Churches Pacific office and the renowned chartered accountancy firm KPMG. Julie’s responsibilities include planning, budget preparation, and overall administration. She also serves as a board member of the local NGO, Transcend Oceania. A graduate of the Fiji National University, Julie is an active member of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Suva.

Frances Namoumou

Programmes Manager/ Ecumenical Animator for Ecological Stewardship and Climate Justice

With over two decades of experience, Frances Namoumou has been a dedicated advocate in climate change, displacement, and disaster management. She has contributed her expertise to organizations such as the World Council of Churches and the Adventist Relief Agency. Currently, Frances leads the Ecological Stewardship and Climate Justice Ministry, overseeing all PCC Secretariat Programmes. A proud graduate of the University of the South Pacific, she is an active member of the Methodist Church in Fiji.

 

 

Olivia Melissa Baro

Ecumenical Animator for Youth Engagement and Empowerment Ministry

Olivia Melisa Baro serves as the Ecumenical Animator for Youth Engagement and Empowerment, within the PCC Youth Desk. She works closely with youth leaders across PCC member churches, advocating tirelessly for Pacific youth and the unique issues they face. In addition to overseeing the Youth Desk, Olivia represents the Secretariat through various leadership roles in regional and global partner organizations. She is a member of the Methodist Church in Fiji and a committed volunteer for Scripture Union Fiji.

 

 

Kinisimere Liku Saratibau

Ecumenical Enabler for Child Protection

Kinisimere Liku Saratibau serves as the Ecumenical Enabler for Child Protection within the Safe Churches Ministry. In this role, she works to ensure safe and nurturing spaces for Pasifika children by coordinating between PCC donor partners and member churches. Working closely with local enablers, Liku ensures that every church environment remains a safe space for Pasifika children. Liku is a member of the Methodist Church in Fiji.

Geoffrey Nainoca

Finance

Geoffrey Nainoca is as an Accountant in PCC and has served as a missionary in both New Zealand and Africa. With these experiences Geoffrey offers a unique global perspective and a deep commitment to service. His dedication to faith and professional excellence is reflected in his roles as a board member for several faith-based organizations and as a Pastor in the Gospel Brethren Church.

Kinisimere Saratibau

Administration and Finance 

Kinisimere Saratibau is a dedicated member of the Finance and Administration team where she ensures the Secretariat runs smoothly and effectively. She oversees the daily office operations, provides essential financial support and coordinates logistics for PCC program activities and events. . Her work ensures a seamless environment for the entire Secretariat. Kinisimere is a member of the Methodist Church in Fiji.

Elia Rakavono

Asset Management Unit 

Elia Rakavono oversees property maintenance and coordinates AMU staff and casual teams for the PCC Secretariat. With a strong background in carpentry and agriculture, Elia manages the upkeep of five commercial and four residential buildings. He first joined the PCC as a casual laborer and has since become a vital leader in property management. Elia is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Subash Chand

Asset Management Unit – Properties and Security

Subash Chand is a dedicated serving member of the PCC staff and one of the first welcoming faces you’ll encounter at the Secretariat. A cornerstone of the Asset Management Unit (AMU) for many years, Subash brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to the upkeep of PCC’s properties. His commitment and knowledge make him an invaluable part of the team.

Iosefo Salabogi

Asset Management Unit – Properties and Farm

Iosefo “Sepo” Salabogi is the caretaker of the PCC Farm under the Asset Management Unit. A multi-skilled carpenter and farmer, Sepo lives on-site at the PCC Farm with his family and manages the upkeep of the property. He is a member of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Suva

Teresia Founuku

Asset Management Unit – Cleaning and Maintenance

Teresia Founuku oversees the cleaning and maintenance of our offices and is a true asset to the PCC team. Known for her positive attitude, Teresia is dedicated to ensuring a pristine workspace for everyone. The staff are deeply grateful for her hard work and commitment to excellence. Teresia is a member of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Suva.
