Racism, xenophobia in Pacific

PACIFIC church leaders will address racism, xenophobia and discrimination in an online seminar on December 2.

Among participants in the web-based seminar (webinar) are Reverend James Bhagwan, General Secretary of the Pacific Conference of Churches and representatives of the West Papuan and Maohi Nui (French Polynesian) communities.

The webinar will be organised by the World council of Churches at 9am CET (Central European Time) and can be accessed by computer or mobile at http://fuze.me/47834239.

The event comes ahead of the Pilgrimage for Justice and Peace which, in 2020, will have a particular focus on the Pacific.
